I purchased more than ten (10) Ply Gem 1500 Black/Black windows. Can I get a bigger rebate?

The maximum total combined rebate for qualifying purchases is $1500. This rebate may not be combined with any other offers, and only one total combined rebate of $1500 is available per customer account.

The promotion ends November 12, 2025. Does that mean I have to have the windows installed?

Nope! It just means you need to complete your purchase by 11:59pm CST November 12, 2025, and get your order number from your distributor to submit the online rebate submission form by 11:59pm CST December 31, 2025.

How do I get my rebate?

All you must do is fill out this online rebate submission form. It’s that easy! Just be sure you have all the information required to complete the form. The website will walk you through what information is needed to get your rebate. Then your rebate check will be sent to the builder address provided.

When do I have to submit my rebate?

You must submit the online rebate submission form within 60 days of purchase and by 11:59pm CST December 31, 2025.

What if my rebate is rejected?

Please email [email protected] and a Ply Gem representative will go over your submission details to ensure qualification.

Can I submit my rebate after the 11:59 CST December 31, 2025 deadline?

No, unfortunately, the site where you can fill out the form will not be available after December 31, 2025. Be sure to fill out the online rebate submission form before the deadline.

Can I just have the $$ taken off my purchase total?

No. The rebate amount cannot be taken off the price of your window purchase. You must fill out the online rebate submission form to receive your rebate check.

Does the rebate check expire?

Yes, the rebate check will expire 90 days after the issue date.

Offer available through authorized Ply Gem distributors only. Purchase must be made between May 12, 2025 to November 12, 2025 (11:59pm CST). Qualifying product purchases (as detailed below) will entitle eligible purchasers to an applicable rebate check (the ‘rebate’). Rebates will be mailed to eligible purchasers meeting the offer criteria within 9-12 weeks after Ply Gem receives and verifies the rebate submission. All checks will expire 90 days after their issue date. Sponsor makes no representations about the tax impact of the rebate. Consult a qualified tax professional to understand your tax obligations. Rebates are available for the following products and/or combinations of products:
