SENIOR TRAINER
A second-generation siding installer and Senior Trainer with over 47 years of experience in the Building Products Industry.
Junior firmly believes that on-going education in this field is crucial to maintain quality installation practices.
Junior also has a CDL Class A license and drives the Ply Gem Mobile Showroom to training sessions and special events nationwide.
FIELD TRAINING MANAGER
A third-generation siding installer with over 30 years of construction experience, Eric has held numerous positions in the industry including installer, owner, sales, and crew trainer.
Eric started as a nationwide field trainer in 2008 teaching product knowledge, installation, new product commercialization and sales strategy. Eric is also a VSI Master trainer who has led over 2,000 trainings to date and manages the team of regional trainers.
FIELD TECHNICAL MANAGER
Starting in 1997 as a project manager in residential construction, Brian transitioned into multi-family and commercial projects. This led to construction sales as an Installation Area Manager.
Brian is now a certified VSI Master Trainer, a Master Facilitator and is and a member of the VSI workforce development committee. Brian is committed to the ongoing training, education, and development of installation practices and focuses on Experiential Training.
