Founder’s Day 2015

Every year on May 1, Ply Gem celebrates its history and committed associates by hosting Founder’s Day celebrations at our more than two dozen locations across North America. From Calgary to South Carolina, each site brings its associates together for a meal to celebrate the company’s legacy and recognize their good work.

This year, the Founder’s Day theme was “The 7 C’s of a Growing Culture”: Challenge the status quo; Commit to integrity; Continually consider ways to develop and improve; Conduct business with respect and fairness; Collaborate – work together as a team; Contribute to a safe working environment; and, Create value for all stakeholders.
