2026 Try the Best Choice in Vinyl Siding Rebate (the “Promotion”)
Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”)
Qualifying purchases must be made between June 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 (11:59 p.m. EST).
Offer good while supplies last. A $500.00 per $3,000.00 first purchase contractor rebate will only be provided on qualifying product lines (as detailed below). Limit one (1) rebate per contractor. Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (“Sponsor”) will provide rebates in the form of e-gift cards that will be delivered electronically to the qualifying purchaser. E-gift cards will be delivered to customers meeting all offer criteria within approximately three (3) to six (6) weeks after the Sponsor receives and verifies the submission. All e-gift cards will expire ninety (90) days after issue date. E-gift cards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are subject to the card issuer’s applicable terms and conditions. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding the tax treatment or tax impact of any rebate(s) issued under this Promotion. Rebate recipients are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any federal, state or local tax obligations arising from the receipt or use of any rebate, including any applicable income tax reporting requirements. Rebate recipients may receive an IRS Form 1099 if the aggregate value of rebates received in a calendar year meets or exceeds applicable IRS reporting thresholds. Any and all participants in the Promotion are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional to understand any tax obligations that may result from participation in this Promotion. Sponsor shall have no liability to any participant for any tax-related consequences arising from the receipt or use of any rebate.
The following are “Qualifying Products” eligible for the rebate as part of the Promotion:
Mastic Ovation, Mastic Carvedwood44, Mastic Quest, Mastic Board + Batten, Mastic Charleston Beaded, Mastic Structure, Mastic EverPlank and all associated vinyl siding accessories.
To redeem the offer, a qualifying purchaser (contractor, builder or remodeler) must be an active Pro Solutions member in good standing at both the time of the qualifying purchase and the time of Submission and submit a legible and fully completed redemption form together with original or legible copies of the invoice(s) that show: (1) the total number of full squares of each Qualifying Product purchased, (2) the name of the seller (who must be an authorized dealer), and (3) the date of purchase, which must be between June 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026.
A properly completed redemption form, along with clearly legible copies or original invoices, must be received within sixty (60) days of the applicable purchase date in order to be eligible for this Promotion. Promotion redemption forms must be completed with all requested information. Incomplete Promotion redemption forms will not be honored or accepted and will be void. Order acknowledgements, packing slips, pick tickets, quotes and/or credit memos are not acceptable as proof of purchase.

Submissions must be received within sixty (60) days of purchase. No Submissions will be accepted after December 31, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, delayed, duplicate, altered, misdirected or postage-due Submissions. Requests from P.O. Boxes will not be honored or acknowledged. Sponsor reserves the right to audit accounts for compliance as well as participant’s purchase of product and submittal of Promotion redemption form(s) and to disqualify, in its sole discretion and decision, participants believed to be engaging in deceptive or fraudulent Submission practices. Duplicate, excessive or false submissions constitute fraud and may result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC 1341 and 1342). All submitted materials and Submissions become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
By completing and submitting the Promotion redemption form, you acknowledge and agree to Sponsor’s and/or manufacturer’s collection of your personal data in conformance with manufacturer’s privacy policy located at https://www.plygem.com/privacy-policy/. Further, you agree and consent to receiving email notifications about special offers, events, new products and services from Sponsor, manufacturer and/or their affiliates. By providing your mobile phone number on the redemption form, you expressly consent to receive promotional text messages (SMS/MMS) from Sponsor and its affiliates at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of participation in the Promotion.
If eligible siding products are returned after receipt of Try the Best Choice In Vinyl Siding Rebate(s), recipient will be required to return the total value of the e-gift card(s) received within thirty (30) days of the product return.
By submitting a Promotion redemption form, you agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless manufacturer and Sponsor and their respective affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including any claims related to the redemption or use of the e-gift card(s). You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the costs of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees, costs or damages. You waive the right to claim any other additional damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion related materials, including, but not limited to, the redemption form, these Rules shall prevail, govern and control. These Rules and the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and each participant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any aspect or part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with any element of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Promotion is only valid for purchases made in the United States and for NEW, FIRST TIME Mastic purchasers. Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, customers agree to all terms of the offer. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the offer rules lie solely with the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Customers are responsible for any and all taxes and fees. Sponsor is not liable for injuries or losses arising from or resulting from participation in the Promotion or use of the Try the Best Choice In Vinyl Siding Rebate e-gift card or items purchased therewith, and is not liable for events or errors by employees or any acts or omissions of employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the offer. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute rebate values or modify or cancel the Promotion for any reason at any time, with or without prior notice.
