- 3/4" Constant-force balance system for easy operation without sagging or adjustments.
- Tilt-in sashes: Both double-hung sashes tilt in for easy cleaning from inside. Lower sash on single-hung sash tilts in.
- Cam-type lock and keeper for a positive weather-tight seal.
- Molded-in lift rails (top and bottom) for easy sash operation.
